Kven som brukte det opprinnelig veit eg ikkje, men bokstavane står i alle fall for "rolling on the floor laughing"

Tror kanskje det er et IRC-fenomen? Det er iallfall der det brukes mest. Rofl, lol og lignende. Jeg bruker dem aldri, syns de er teite, men jeg ser at mange "ferske" IRC-brukere bruker dem.
